2016 count:
Trump: 56.16%    
Clinton: 35.74%

If a released GOP internal is showing a race five points closer than in 2016, then I would put 40% as close to Biden's floor in the state this cycle.

Obama got 41% in Kansas in 2008. I'd be interested to see if Biden can improve that, and what a closer KS race does for Bollier, and the race in KS-02.

True. It still shows a shift left which is bad for him, but it's not as bad as the polls only showing him up 10% or less in the state.

Well yes, but it was conducted for an organization called "Keep Kansas Great" and one hardly needs to go on after that.
