If Biden wins the election and Trump has no way to override the results via the Supreme Court or any other legal system, what can we expect to see from him? I’m sure that Trump will try to punish America for “betraying” him.

I seriously doubt he’d do that.

The White House, DOJ, and FBI will go deep as possible into these Hunter Biden child pornography allegations, probably blowing taxpayer money on a largely-political investigation which will be ended by Biden in January.

He's not smart, he doesn't listen to people smarter than him and he has strange views as to how things work.  I suspect it's impossible to predict what nonsense he'll come up with.

My guess:he'll try and test the waters with the military and other "armed" sections of the Feds by Tweeting proactive things he thinks will get their ire up.  It will be obvious and it will fail.  I'm not sure what his next steps will be.  He will be desperate.  It will be fun to watch (assuming no armed Feds fall for his sh**t).

The Senate will quietly confirm ~20-25 additional federal judges.

Possibly we fail to pass a Defense Authorization Act for 2021 before 12/31/20, which would be embarrassing.

Trump will pardon himself and a 5-4 decision by SCOTUS will uphold it.

Trump will send a bunch of angry tweets and probably leak some classified stuff he doesn't like.

And finally this:

Key word being "try". Even if he steps down and Pence pardons him, the way I understand it is that the pardon only covers federal crimes. The state of New York can still lock him up for state crimes.

Which will be one of the last 9-vote decisions the Court ever makes. Seriously, it would be much more prudent for the Republican majority to reject the legality of Trump's prospective self-pardon. In fact, should the situation arise, I almost expect them to do exactly that.

Crazier tweets, for sure.

Cash grab.

Unprecedented legal maneuvering to pardon himself and anybody who can testify against him.

Everybody is speculating Biden might pack the courts and is not counting on the fact if Democrats when Presidency and Senate that Cocaine Mitch and Trump will scheme some massive judicial appointment/packing scheme in the lame duck session.

I honestly think his main priority will be protecting himself and his family. Expect him to throw out a ton of pardons and seek a comfortable place to flee to. I doubt he'll do anything that would lead to him getting 25th'd in the last weeks.

He'll definitely try and pardon himself.

He can't, Tax evasions from NY is a state crime, the obstructing justice part on Ukraine is a Fed crime, pardons are only for Federal Crimes. That's why he is more likely to face fines rather than imprisonment due to tax evasion. Obstructing justice has very little chance if any, since Iran Contra no Prez candidate has been found guilty of obstructing justice in foreign crimes

Pelosi needs to pass the 1200 stimulus before Xmas and then in Jan pass the bill under a Secular Congress

I think Mr. Trump will retreat to Mar-A-Lago and leave WH transition business to Pence, while he tweets all sorts of garbage and conspiracies how the election was stolen from him. He won't give a clear concession, maybe say something like "Could be Sleepy Joe won by a tiny fraction, but lots of votes outstanding and rigging going on, we're going to see what happens...". While at Mar-A-Lago, he'll issue tons of pardons for his corrupt enablers and even attempt to pardon himself. Latter will end up in court after he left office and Biden may attempt to rescind the pardon. Trump will skip the inauguration for sure and tweet nonsense like "fake president!".

Meanwhile, McConnell will quietly try to confirm more Federalist Society judges to the bench, as many as possible.

The obvious one is the pardons will pour out to anyone willing to buy one.

I would expect him to start declassifying anything he thinks will hurt anyone he doesn't like (or anything someone is willing to pay him to declassify).

Expect a bunch of executive orders to start work on projects which will financially benefit he or his business partners.

He will do what he always does...Grift and Tweet....Probably hold a few pity party rallies where he can go off anyone in the GOP that isn't loyal to him and talk about how unfair everything is. Just the usual.

Yeah, it's going to be pretty par for the course for him, if these last four years were anything to go by.

Lol. Imagine thinking 4/5ths of the Democratic Party aren't going to get in line to throw our money down that hole.
