WOW. Was not expecting this, especially since their mid-October 2018 poll had Taylor winning by 7. Luria and Spanberger seem to be popular in VA, so this doesn't seem too surprising.

Also, OOF:

Luria enjoys a +38 favorable/unfavorable rating (60%-22%), while Taylor is weighed down by a -5 favorable/unfavorable rating (44%-49%).

Luria won this district from Taylor 51.05%-48.81% in 2018.
