This is tough but I would say some voters in Little Rock Arkansas, Phoenix Arizona or the Florida Panhandle fit this. I would also say some war veterans as well.

Probably a D-leaning moderate Phoenix suburbanite who really liked McCain specifically. A Gore-Kerry-McCain-Obama-Clinton-Biden voter. No doubt a big fan of Sinema.

A New Atheist type who voted for Kerry due to his dislike of the Christian Right in 2004 but switched to McCain in opposition to Islamism. Even more likely if he was a secular Zionist and mirrored Joe Lieberman's preferences.

1. A PUMA diehard who perhaps had even worked on the Hillary campaign and had intense bitter feelings from the primary.

2. Someone with an intense personal connection to the military, either a young veteran themselves, a military brat or the son or daughter of a Vietnam Vet who preferred to vote for veterans when given the opportunity.

Usually I play the part of the "look actually not all Kerry-McCain voters were racists" type, but since this thread seems specifically designed to make you say otherwise and I am a contrarian, I'll say a racist.
Specifically a racist #WWC Irish dude born in the late 1970's who's gotten a college degree but otherwise embodies all the worst stereotypes about South Boston/Quincy, which is where he lives.

Maybe a young lawyer who defends landlords that have been accused of racism or is on the legal counsel of the local police union.

You might get a few of these in MA.

Alternatively, someone who is sick of hearing about how great Obama is, from their friends.

Or a Democrat who is racist. It's not like racists can't be young, college-educated, and urban.

Just because someone did not vote for Obama does not mean they are racist. Okay? That notion needs to die.
