Ridiculously small sample size, but I could definitely believe this being around the final margin for the county. Edmondson was basically +12 in the 2018 gubernatorial and I don't expect Biden to quite match his performance, but I do expect him to dramatically improve compared to Clinton and for Oklahoma County to parallel metropolitan shifts nationwide.
