https://www.tableau.com/data-insights/us-election-2020/candidate-preference

They've released 3-day national averages going back to the start and the usual ~30-day state-level data (for all 50 states + DC) starting at September 15 and going through to October 12.

What do you mean, "TX can't be R+3 if NE is only R+6"? Reject modern trends. Return to (Survey)Monke!

Probably. But most numbers actually look surprisingly reasonable...

I love how 538 reserves the D- ranking for SurveyMonkey and SurveyMonkey alone.

...

I almost posted that, but then I checked, and apparently "Swayable" has been added to 538's coveted D- rankings since. Sorry SurveyMonkey, you're no longer special.

(538 basically only uses F rankings for pollsters which are either unscientific or outright fraudulent, so Survey Monkey is "marginally superior to con artists making up numbers")

The only positive data you get from SurveyMonkey is it helps give you something in states that never get polled.

Trump getting 37% of Hispanic voters?

Trash, even by the standards of 2020.

This pollster gives results that more favor Trump than others.. .but considering that Biden is at or above 50% in states with 304 electoral votes, is ahead in ME-02 and NE-02 , and is tied 49-49 in Florida, Georgia, and Iowa (51 EV), I see 314-51-182.

Why does 538 even use these?

I wouldn't put too much stock in this but atleast the results look "realistic".

I could enter those 51 polls when their October (1-31) polling is completed, but we’ll see ...

Wait until 538 reweighs them or just don't put them in at all. This pollster is pretty bad.

Biden is doomed because he's trailing with NM 25-34 year olds.

They update daily. I'd wait until the ones running through October are in

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking too at this point. When Morning Consult has that WI tracker daily I didn’t bother updating everyday. Just annoys me because it’s a whole lot of work for polls that in the end weigh so little.

SurveyMonkey is bad but just throw it into the average and forget about it instead of obsessing over it
