There probably were people like this in some places during the Obama administration, but do such people exist now?

Almost definitely, since we are looking at a subset of the overall electorate that might well be upwards of 80 million in number.
Exactly how many is the real question...

Either a racist, someone who supports the Iraq War and opposes marijuana legalization, or someone who simply hates Trump more than they hate Obama and Biden.

Probably a Ronald Reagan or John Kasich-esque Republican from either Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Atlanta, Decatur, or Phoenix who voted straight Republican since 1980, but switched over to the Democratic Party due to Donald Trump’s incompetence.

- probably some never-trump republicans.
- a hard leftist who didnt like obama for not being left wing enough but will vote D because they hate republicans more
- some culturally conservative working class voters especially if they are white or latino.it could be because they are racists or anti intellectual or whatever. they probably see biden as a better alternative to trump

Definitely some white middle-class suburbanites, older women in particular.

That's what I was thinking...in particular, this person thought Obama's foreign policy was still too hawkish. However, they're in a swing state and really want Trump out.

A left-wing progressive who despises the establishment wing of the Democratic Party but is voting for Biden as the lesser evil

1. Leftist Berniebro who threatens to vote 3rd party cause he hates the dem establishment but never sticks to his word. Also has a negative opinion of Biden.

2. Never Trump ex-Republican. Doesn't have a negative opinion of Biden.

3. Obama-Trump voter who disliked Obama's ultra liberal turn on his 2nd term, is culturally conservative but feels Biden is like "one of us" or is just disappointed with Trump.
