I'm not sure about that, but Republicans held 17 of these after the 2018 elections and Democrats held only 5.

It fits the narrative of a Likely R situation becoming a Tilt R situation, even compared to 2018. In reality, this election will either be 2016 or 2018.

It's actually not that great poll for Biden. On average it's a 4.2 point swing from 2016 - not even close to flipping the state.
