If both Biden wins and Arizona passes the 3.5% surtax on incomes over 250k (single) and 500k for married filing jointly, really high earners will possibly see both a significant federal tax hike through higher federal income and social security tax, plus the new state tax.

If any Democrat shows a spine, we might finally remove the income cap for payroll taxes as well. But I guess there's nothing to fear on that front.
