Back when the Constitution was written people died at 65 but the life span has been extended and Thomas whom been on the Crt since 1991 doesn't have any health issues will be there til 2040 perhaps along with Alito whom is 72, the rest will be there til 2050. Too bad though we are gonna have a center right Crt for that long
