California Governor Goodwin Knight never switches races with Senator William Knowland in 1958, easily gets reelected as chief executive and runs for the Republican presidential nomination. Dwight Eisenhower successfully blocks Richard Nixon from the nomination and elevates Knight to head to ticket. How does he perform against Jack Kennedy?
