Likely an outlier, especially as the same firm has Biden +12 nationally.

Also PPP just released a Biden +1 poll.

Just stick them all in the averages, likely Trump holds a very narrow lead.

However, with excess Covid deaths in Texas piling up (now worst in the USA, even ahead of California) Dems will just keep hammering this message for the next month.

You know there is a difference between phone polls and get online polls, right, alot of the polls that have Biden plus 15 are online You Gov polls that oversample people in blue states when they don't show state by state polling
