Though it's great to see your enthusiasm, the position of Southeast Magistrate is an appointed one, and upon confirmation by a vote of Southeast citizens Magistrates serve till they resign or are recalled.

Well, I couldn't find it in this thread, or in the latest thread he posted on Southeastern affairs.  I don't intend to run much of a campaign but I have some plans to rejuvinate the Southeast.
