At the very least Hamilton's efforts will add some sort of competition, which is undoubtedly helpful for the game. Just because a region is dominated by one party doesn't mean an upstart challenger can't give it his all. That means a healthier game and could even promote similar actions throughout the game.

It's very possible he could win. In recent times one can point to Smid and MasterJedi (a few months ago, before the RPP influx into the region).

Of course. The Pacific voters could very well vote him in, regardless of his party affiliation, because they see a new member looking to be involved and engaged. Whether he wins or loses, it's a hopeful sign for Atlasia to have new members disregarding the conventional wisdom.

Why do you need to accept write-ins?  The deadline for declaring is like a month away

I should note that I had the exact same conversation with Torie prior to him running for Senate that Xahar has been having with Hamilton.

The RPP did not exist at that time. Torie was first elected to the Senate in June 2008.

I think it was before those days... don't recall exactly though. One could just look in the Wiki and see when Torie was first elected to the Senate.

Yeah, but I still don't think you were ever like Xahar, otherwise the RPP would have never welcomed you Smiley  Xahar is just a jealous prick that things because everyone hates him, they will automatically disqualify Alexander Hamilton

There is only two ways for a non-JCPer to win in Pacific. An inactive JCPer or a big reach-out to voters by PM. The problem is to convince people to vote for you, after.

He isn't. He also tried to run back in February, despite not being a registered voter.

Yeah but my race is considered a toss-up, None of the Above defeated you in a landslide. Please do not attempt to criticize my electoral pursuits ever again.
