Joseph Bruno, a longtime veteran of New York State politics died yesterday from prostate cancer.

Bruno was the New York State Senate Majority Leader from 1994 to 2008, and served as one of the "three men in a room" alongside the Assembly Speaker and Governor, dominating New York politics.

He was instrumental in passing a reinstatement of the Death Penalty in New York in 1995.

However, after leaving the State Senate, he was indicted on eight Federal Corruption charges in 2009. Originally, he was convicted on two, but those convictions were overturned on appeal, and he was later acquitted on retrial.

It can't be Joe Biden. He's from New York, he's too old, and he's a Republican.

Biden's a decade younger, from Delaware and is a Democrat.

Also, he doesn't have prostate cancer last time I checked.

Unlike Trump, Biden's been rather good at releasing his health information. We'd know if he had prostate cancer (or some other serious health condition).
