I can't decide whether this is a good poll for Biden or a bad poll for Cunningham

Good poll. This is a R leaning firm, it had Tillis tied in August and up 1 in May. Also, notice how Trump and Tillis are getting the same share of the vote (47%), which means Cunningham isn’t really underperforming.

Tillis isn't leading if Cooper is leading by double digits and Biden is ahead in NC

October 2-4
1232 likely voters
MoE: 3.2%
Changes with August 29-30 poll; trends calculated pre-rounding

Biden 50% (+4)
Trump 46% (-3)
Some other candidate 2% (n/c)
Would choose not to vote for this office 0% (no voters) (not previously included)
Undecided 2% (-1)

Cunningham's going to have quite a challenge running ahead of Biden now, but as long as all the affairs were consensual, he can still win.

Trump +3 to Biden +3 seems like the range of the polls we're getting--and the former is decreasing in frequency.
