McConnell adjourns Senate until October 19th.

Under Judiciary Committee rules, a quorum needs two members of the opposition party. If the Senate isn’t in session to change the rules, Dems should boycott it-giving them a week extra to stall.

Cocaine Mitch will just have the Judiciary Committee vote to change the roles for a quorum.

Apparently for that to happen he needs 60 votes.
But he can bring the nomination directly to the floor without hearings or a committee vote.

Lol what if they did that, and the day after Biden wins (assuming he wins) they vote to confirm ACB. I'm really hoping someone like Mitt Romney might turn their aye into a nay or abstain if the vote is held after the election. If GA(S) wasn't bound to go to a runoff, that would also be EXTREMELY helpful here.
