Biden will still be elected, but I predict that Donald Trump will either be incapacitated or deceased before Inauguration Day.

Even given his age, weight and poor health, Trump still has at least a 75% chance of surviving (probably much higher, given the quality of the health care he has access to). So Biden is definitely more likely to be No. 46 than Pence.

I would say Biden since I doubt Trump will die, but on the other hand Trump might resign if he loses so Pence can pardon him, so IDK.

At this point, it's Joe Biden. If you would have told me this yesterday that Biden was going to win, I would have objected. But now, becuase of the Trump couple getting Covid, Biden will likely win the election now.

Biden. Given the healthcare that Trump has access to, it's very likely he'll recover.

Can you pardon someone on something for which there is no conviction?

Nixon was pardoned and never convicted.

I think Biden is still going to win, but I think there's a >50% chance that Trump resigns.

Trump will probably not resign willingly and Pence will do everything he can to avoid deposing him as that could damage his chances in a 2024 primary.

I don't see the WH announcing it even if Trump doesn't survive, so Biden.
