Dole still wins because of the economic and international problems, but not by as much, as he lacks Reagan’s charisma.

Bob Dole/Jack Kemp (R): 330 EV (48 percent)
Jimmy Carter/Walter Mondale (D): 208 EV (43 percent)
John Anderson/Patrick Lucey (I): 6 percent
