I'm not that worried of Trump unknowingly getting COVID & unknowingly spreading it to Biden. Unless we hear about a big outbreak regarding workers at the debate, I don't think there was much opportunity for Biden to catch it

I guess it's dependent on the results. Their next debate is 2 weeks from today, so Trump can barely make it if he tests negative. Of course, I feel Biden is gonna request some extra protocol at that debate

Biden has been taking the virus seriously (unlike Trump), and has consistently worn a mask at all of his public appearances. And his campaign, of course, has been refraining from door-to-door canvassing and traditional rallies-another contrast to Trump. Given this, and given that they kept their distance on the debate stage (in adherence to the Commission's protocols), I'm hopeful that Biden avoided it. And this whole situation is ironic, given that Trump mocked Biden at the debate for wearing a mask. And yet now, Trump could have gotten a disease which might very well kill him, while Biden remains in the clear. It would be a truly hellish year if both major-party candidates contracted the virus, especially given their ages.

As far as I know, it takes several days after getting the virus to test positive for it.  I'm not sure what the point of testing Trump now is, unless he might have gotten it at the same time Hope Hicks did.
