Voted no for both. I'd say:

Abolish filibuster: 40% chance
Pack Supreme Court: 20% chance

I voted yes to abolishing the filibuster, but I fear that this is actually closer to the truth.

A lot of it depends on the senate election outcome, of course. How much of a buffer do the Democrats get to overcome Uber traditionalist Jack holes like Feinstein? Does Greenfield come in? How about either of the Georgia races?

How was his nomination not by popular demand? Just because he lost with the activist, hard left, and wannabe philosopher king voters in Iowa and NH, doesn't diminish the fact that, after South Carolina, white voters in Super Tuesday states could've voted for other viable candidates like Bernie or Bloomberg, but chose to vote for Biden on their own volition. And while he may have had institutional advantage with black voters, he still beat a Bernie Sanders who had near 100% name recognition.

I believe that they will pack the Supreme Court and end the filibuster.  Then, if they are in danger of losing the Senate in 2022 they will cut back the size of the Court (if, say, Clarence Thomas should suddenly retire or pass away) and reinstate the filibuster if they can.

The Democrats will do this if they can, and if they believe they need to.  It will be pretty shameless.  To be fair, the GOP has demonstrated plenty of its own shamelessness in this regard on a number of state levels and in denying a vote on Garland, but this would take it to unprecedented levels.  As we have a nation that is more ignorant of our system of government and how it was designed to work, people will be OK with court packing and filibuster manipulating.  We have a nation of citizens that either (A) don't see the issue of Consensus vs Tyranny of the Majority or (B) are all for Majoritarian Tyranny because they believe they'll be in the majority.

Even if D's pack Crt it will still be 6/5 Conservatives you add two seats and the Amy Coney Barrett, and Roberts was the 5th and deciding vote on gun rights and Citizens United, that's why Ds are upset that McConnell won't wait til Jan to replace Ginsburg. 6/5 instead of 6/3 is still a Conservative Crt and when Rs get back in power they can change it back to 9
