My husband's district. His mom (staunch Dem) has noticed Biden signs these past few days appearing in her Trump heavy community. Good poll.

Biden is definitely favored in PA, but in a close election, WI will be decided by provisional ballots, and 2004, 50K provisional ballots decided the election, but Bush W, in OH, had a 150K vote lead, not in WI, Biden will have the lead
