Biden spoke (in short bursts, when allowed) directly to the American people and showed he was concerned about them ... about their healthcare, their jobs, their current troubles (re Covid), etc.
All the Orange Buffoon kept bringing-up, over and over and over again, was ancient garbage about "Hunter Biden," which has all been proven as nonsense (even by Republican Senators).
Biden wins, because trump MADE HIMSELF look like a Nutjob on national TV.

Yeah, Biden came off a lot better than Trump. And Trump needed a big win, even if you think it's a draw that's a big picture win for Biden.

Please. You’d have more credibility saying both lost than saying Biden won. To even say Biden got a win tonight is an abomination

1). He looked like he’s 80+ years old, and most people are going to take little else away from the debate

2). He was asked to name which law and order groups support him. He said “We don’t have time.”

3). He praised the green new deal, then was asked if he supported the Green New Deal, and said no. Apparently, he forgot his position on Green New Deal

4). He lost his composure, raising questions about his capacity for diplomacy (“shut up,” “clown” etc)

5). He tried to use his dead son Beau for political points

6). On racial problems, he said he would get everyone in a room and say “Let’s work this out.” As if the problems are so simple

Just anecdotal, but I spoke with some relatively apolitical friends tonight who watched the debate. All four said Biden won because he exceeded expectations. I was like "really?" I thought Biden's performance was "meh" overall, but they said they he didn't seem as forgetful and 'out of it' as they thought. Again, just anecdotal, but a little more evidence that Trump's dementia/senility strategy was a big strategic error.
