DePasquale is finally running even with Biden in terms of margin while still underperforming his vote share

The last time a Democrat was elected to Congress from a district that included a large portion of York County was 1964 - when it included the whole county. Adding in all of Dauphin County has obviously made it more competitive, but even still this would be an extraordinary result.

66-30 Trump, so this is a...sizable swing.

That's the old district, before the 2018 court-ordered redistricting.

Even if you add a couple points because of dem internal, Biden is pretty solid in Pennsylvania

Whoops. Forgot about the redistricting. It did seem a little hard to believe. Smiley

A fuller release appears to include details from a previous June survey by this pollster. I've added trends based on the shift from its figures to the September ones:

https://nmcdn.io/e186d21f8c7946a19faed23c3da2f0da/7c9798eaafd54081881797bf9a163295/files/research/PA-10-poll-092520.pdf

September 22-24:
Biden 51% (+5)
Trump 44% (-2)
Other/Neither 2%
Not sure/undecided 4%
