They have slandered a teenage lifeguard who shot three perverts in self-defense. They have locked up someone who did not commit any crimes, and they are now infuriated that Republicans won't go along with their attempted lynching.

I disagree with jalawest2 on almost everything and I do feel Rittenhouse was trying too hard to be the hero. Nonetheless, isn't it possible based on the footage that it might have been him instead that was killed? One of the survivors of Rittenhouse said that they wished they killed him. The only way you can spin that is that they wished he had killed them BEFORE he shot those other two people.

Every person he shot was clear and obvious self defense even in the prosecution's charging documents. This is a blatant example of political persecution and the Democratic officials enabling it should be charged with libel.

What about the fact he shot at people before those three that set this whole thing off?

That would be interesting were it not for the fact that that did not happen.

He should have stayed home.

Now he’ll spend the rest of his life in prison.

Karma is a beautiful thing.

I think he probably meant “In hindsight, if we knew what he was gonna do, it would have been better if we had killed him.”

Yeah, right back into the street in another state with a loaded rifle just to show the world how tough he is after getting bullied his whole life for being a fat little dork.

Objectively no, considering this was a Waukesha county event, the next GOP governor will pardon him even if he is somehow convicted.

Hopefully Wisconsin won't have another Republican Governor for a long time. Misusing pardon power like Matt Bevin did is an egregious abuse of power.

Kyle Rittenhouse is a terrorist and should be treated as such.

As we all know, attempting to flee and then only shooting those who pursue you, attack you, and attempt to take your weapon or point a gun at you is exactly what Al Qaeda does.

He should've stayed home, and he is not a hero to be celebrated. But he is a 17 year old boy, and should not spend the rest of his life in prison.

This creepy support to Kyle Rittenhouse demonstrates a pretty clear refusal to grasp the facts. He pointed his gun at an unarmed man and was shocked to find that said man attempted to disarm him. Having shot this man, he then proceeded to shoot another man who attempted to disarm him.

That leaves us without a satisfying answer, but it should be pretty clear not to rush headlong into judgement. And especially to give quick and unwavering support to someone who calls themselves a militiaman. That’s not exactly a mainstream conservative thing to do.

He ran away from a man chasing him for a minute straight after he set out a fire Rosenbaum had lit. He's not the aggressor in that situation, and you're delusional if you think he was.
