Can someone produce a map based on the following information from Election 2004?

The more rural a state, the bigger the Republican lead
In Nevada, none of the above votes were allocated to an Independent
In all states with a lead of between 50% and 75%, the opposition's vote splinters between the main opposition and an Independent
