Bush narrowly wins the popular vote and picks up Iowa, New Mexico, and Wisconsin.  Oregon maybe.

About the same.

Bush won, IMO, because of a last-minute endorsement from Ross Perot.  This endorsement brought critical support to Bush in OH and MO, states that went for Clinton twice but had large Perot contingents.
