Actually they are purposefully assuming a shy Trump vote (no joke). They do this "social desirability index" adjustment to the top line results to bump up Trump's numbers.

It's quite funny that the only state they've found Biden up is in Pennsylvania, when on average, it has been the worst of the 3 midwest states polling wise for him.
