Yes. Tim DeFoor, the GOP candidate for PA Auditor, is moderate and actually has experience in the field. His opponent is mainly running on national issues totally irrelevant to the Auditor's duties. I'd rather somebody who lays low and does their job in that position.

I hate when local candidates talk about national politics.

I get mailers from state legislative candidates on the GOP side talking about how they stand with Trump. I just throw them in the trash.

There were occasionally Republicans in local/county offices who I'd vote for, but at this point anyone who voluntarily associates with the Trump Party is no less rotten to the core than he is.

What do you think about the various blue avatar posters  on here

Anyway in Minnesota no I am not.

If I voted in North Dakota I would vote for a Republican for Superintendent of Public Instruction (pretentious name for head of the state's education system) although it's actually a nonpartisan race with an effective R vs. R runoff.  The incumbent is an underqualified party hack who has some dodgy legal history, she received a DUI less than a year ago and her fiance (well now ex-fiance) filed a restraining order against her after she beat him and called the police who promptly arrested her instead after observing she had no bruises and he did, though charges were dropped. The other guy running is a much more qualified uperintendent of a rural school district. She'll probably still win.

Also fun fact: When North Dakota elected Laura J. Eisenhuth as  Superintendent of Public Instruction in 1892 she became the first woman ever elected to statewide office in the United States even though she wasn't even eligible to vote for herself.

I use to think Gov. Burgum was "OK for a Republican" but his Covid handling has been so weak it's enough reason to cast a vote for his joke Democratic opponent against him.

No party opposite of me, but adjacent. I voted for Democrats for higher office most of the time, however, that may change come after October 10th.

Voting for Dems in all the races.

No races Dems aren't contesting this year on my ballot. Sometimes if there are and the Republican has Green or Libertarian opposition but no Democratic opposition, I vote for the minor candidate. I voted for a Libertarian for Congress in 2016 because there was no Dem running in my district...and then 2 years later a Dem actually ran and is now my Congressman.

It is, but it's online anyway and I'm taking a leave of absence for mental health reasons regardless.

Actually, I probably will be voting for someone from a different party in the House race, since the only challenger to Dusty Johnson is a Libertarian.

I like the county superior court judge who's running unopposed, so probably him.

I'm not voting this year so no.

That said, if I could vote, the answer would still be no. Trump is disgusting, Perkins is even worse, and I have no quarrel with Bonamici or my State Rep.

I’m not willing to give 4 more years to Trump, not willing to threaten House Dems’ majority, and not willing to give the WI Assembly GOP a shot at a supermajority.  Plus, all county offices have unopposed Dems running.

TLDR: No.

That sucks. I was hoping for your vote. I'll make sure to turn someone out to replace you, godspeed!

Can you at least vote for Kendra Horn?

Straight ticket PVDA. I would be voting Democratic in America, likely writing in Bernie unless i lived in a swing state like Florida.

No, i stopped voting for Republicans in 2015, other than one town council member who lives not far from me and can best be described as a "casual Republican" and was good on funding for schools, parks, roads, transit, etc.

Voted straight Dem in 2016, 2018, and this year, and have no intention of ever supporting a Republican ever again.

I did in 2018. Not this year (partially just because there are fewer races on the ballot).
You're voting for Trump?
No, I still intend to vote Jorgensen (though the past two months have tested this a bit); I interpreted "opposite party" to mean Democrats. The Libertarians are my fallback party, not my opposite.

My planned ballot:

President: Donald Trump/Mike Pence

Senator: Bill Hagerty

US House: Mark Green

State House: Ugh...I don't like any of my options.  Ideologically, Glen Casada is the best choice by far, but he's kind of betrayed our trust at the same time.  I'm not at all a fan of either of his competitors for ideological reasons (and also, how cringey is it that the Indie actually liked a tweet of mine saying that the district isn't flipping but that Casada could underperform Trump?).  I'll either hold my nose for Casada, abstain, or write someone in, assuming that it's Safe R.

Yes. I will probably vote for a few people who hate America, like every year.
