Biden is leading Trump nationally 64 to 24 percent among Latinos in those polls. Not withstanding the fact that this entire article is freaking out about Biden's standing in the polls with Latinos when he's literally .... 2% behind Clinton.

The Latino Decisions poll is using their own numbers, while the article is using the standard exit polls. Latino Decisions had Clinton winning Latinos by 61 points (79-18) in their exit poll of "5600 extremely high propensity Latino voters".
