The opposite is true, but could the governments of multiple territories request admission to the union as a single state?

Oklahoma was formed by a combination of the Oklahoma Territory & Indian Territory, & California was formed from unorganized territory & a part of the Mexican Cession, so the precedent for this happening is there, yeah.

Yes, for reasons mentioned above, but (to address the most commonly-discussed scenario) it's unlikely to happen for America's Pacific territories. Any combination would be overwhelmingly dominated by Guam, which has a population greater than Samoa & the Northern Marianas combined, so the latter two are strongly against combining the territories.
