Tit for Tat, losers. Arkansas can be split in two, Indiana in two, Tennessee in three, Missouri in three, Kentucky in two, Mississippi in two, Alabama in two, Louisiana in two, Kansas in two, and Oklahoma in three. This will make an even 65 states and 130 Senators. With these expanded majorities, the GOP can restore a constitutional majority to the court and remove the engines of cultural destruction in the administrative state.

Not if we do beat you to the punch: make DC into 50 states and change the Constitution to require a 2/3 majority to admit a new state.
The relentless logic of the game theoretic death spiral inexorably leads to civil war. Unless you are sure you can win, slow down.

We will win. You back down.
The demographics of gun owners are less favorable than you think they are. I am perfectly happy with a civil divorce for this nation. Are you?

Good luck against the US military

New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.

Assuming that Democrats did pack the court there would be enough justices on there to block such an inane plan. With that said you are proposing to create a ton of states with no economic engines and almost no capital that would have to be completely supported by the federal government.
It would be clearly constitutional. If the judges disagree, they are welcome to resign.

If they disagree they would just strike down the proposed states. You probably wouldn't even get some of the conservatives on the court to agree to this because it has no legal basis or precedent. Financial viability would definitely be a legitimate legal test because in some states proposed cities have to meet financial standards to be able to incorporate.
Article IV, Section III is crystal clear. If the state legislature and Congress consents, it is legal. If a packed Supreme Court struck this down based on extra-Constitutional and arbitrary standards, it would be a coup.
New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.

Mississippi in two, Alabama in two, Louisiana in two

This would likely create 6 new seats filled by black Senators. If these states "split" you'd obviously would have an imbalance or realignment and it wouldn't be the same current demographics.

Your dumb and hysterical post isn't even logical.
Give me a little credit. I'm a lot smarter than you and it's not hard to draw seats to help Republicans.

 lol

You're not smarter than anybody. You're clearly a hysterical moron.

What do you mean lol?
Obviously there are lot of issues both with what he is suggesting but he is right you can split those states so you can have more Republican senators. Do you have any counter argument to your random claim that it would be 6 black D senators if somehow this horrible timeline actually emerged? You actually don't want to argue despite the facts being literally in front of you. The map he posted is factual that most of the split states would elect Republican senators. Now do you actually want to argue about that point or just move to another point?

I don't know what Jalateku is, and if his recent turn is trolling or whatever but you clearly are refusing to actually engage in any sort of debate on this point . Sure was Jalateku mean to you with his post? Yeah 100%, but it actually had actual substance in it.

Expanded majorities, clearly implying that the GOP has already won back a majority in the House and Senate, which is pretty easy under any fair system.

Yes, slow down and follow the Mcconnell rule.
Did Trump become a Democrat?

That's not the argument senate republicans made in 2016 and you are smart enough to know that.

Again, nothing about which party controlled the senate of presidency, their stated reason for opposing the nomination was that it was an election year. Stop debasing yourself, you are fooling no one with an excuse that everybody knows was only invented as soon as Ginsburg died by individuals who are too cowardly to admit to themselves how dishonorable and dishonest they truly are.
