So Trump catching COVID kinda messed up my plans for this timeline. Obviously, I am never going to be able to predict things to a 100% accuracy measurement, but since this timeline hinges on Trump winning re-election, I kinda need him to be alive and well by election day. At the moment, nothing is really clear but it seems like hes not doing so hot.

For the sake of this timeline, Trump will not have caught covid-19, or would have caught a very mild case. Threading this needle is tricky from a writing perspective, but this allows the story to best progress.

I would like to ignore it until the situation progresses more IRL, but its relevant to the next update, so I don't want to wait and see. Update 3 will be up today, I just have to finish the infobox.

Loving it so far. My only nitpick is that Murphy is incredibly popular among Democrats in the state, and Norcross is incredibly unpopular and would never win a statewide primary. Gottheimer issuing a primary challenge is interesting though since he's more conservative.

This presidential outcome is the stuff that gives me nightmares though haha, I'm looking forward to updates!
