I am actually starting to think that Court Packing may really only require Democrats to have 50 votes in the Senate to enact.

Can we please stop posting topics that are not related to the election or even presidential transition on the 2020 board?

Pessimistically though, maybe Manchin wants the GOP to think they'll courtpack but he won't actually support it. It would be great if Republicans back down on this or the nomination fails, but I can't see that happening.

If Manchin and Biden are both dodging the question, I think it means they’re probably gonna do it.
