Before 1933, it was better to live in Germany, because in both countries there was free speech, but in Germany you could drink a glass of beer and in the US you could not drink a glass of beer. After 1933, it was better to live in the US, because in both countries it was possible to drink a glass of beer, in the US there was free speech and in Germany there wasn't.

I feel like 1920s Germany had plenty of problems that weren't related to either free speech or drinking
