It's all the same at this point.

McConnell destroyed any sense of legitimacy or tradition in the Senate.  Now the name of the game is control the White House and Senate.  If your party can do that then you can just do whatever you want with impunity now as long as you can convince your senators to go along with it.

Court-packing is big but its not INFINITY GAUNTLET big. Infinity gauntlet big would be like nuking the electoral college or straight up abolishing the senate

Again, it doesn't matter if it's justified or not. You only do this if you intend to pack it such that it'll uphold your side no matter what and keep you in power indefinitely - because if you don't do that, your opponents will the first time they have the opportunity.

Crt packing will happen if Dems achieve 55 seats, but it won't happen in a 50-52 seat Senate, thats the difference
