So Lackawanna gets a lot of attention for obvious reasons, but Luzerne less so, but I am still super curious, so here we are now. I think it does narrow down a little for one final time for the forseeable future, and Trump wins it 57-41 this time, so +16.

In 2016 it was +19 Trump

Trump only wins it by around 8 or 9 points, around how it voted in the 2018 senate race.
