I'd say Trump wins 60-39. Biden will make big gains in this state but come up short

Safe R. Biden may be able to get a result similar to 2012 though.

Polluted and poverty-stricken Republican-run state whose population loss will likely cost it an electoral vote this decade is still a solid Trump bet. Don’t be surprised if he gets 70%.

Biden greatly improves on Hillary, but doesn't crack 40%. I say 62-34 Trump.

It would be good to see more polling, but my guess is something like 61-36.

Safe R. I really can't see the argument for likely R at this point.

Truer than it sounds. The death rate outpaces the birth rate in WV. The only hope West Virginia has--other than a meteor hitting it--is population growth in the panhandle once NOVA gets too crowded.

as for the question, trump landslide, the only suspense is the margin.

Probably 65-33 with random third parties taking the rest

Trump will do better than 2016 everywhere besides Mongolia, Charleston and the Panhandle. He'll hit 70.

Obviously Safe R, and has the potential to be Trump's best state this year-it was only narrowly edged out by Wyoming last time around, in terms of percentage (Trump got 67.85% in West Virginia and 68.17% in Wyoming). Trump could crack 70% there, but I also wouldn't be surprised if Biden managed to get into the lower 30s, thus running ahead of Hillary Clinton's vote totals. The only county in the state that may flip from Trump to Biden is Monongalia, but my hunch is that Trump will sweep the state again.
