Something most people probably missed:

It's good to see Delaware blacks and other minorities starting to assert their power and throw out these stodgy old whites that don't care about their interests and actually actively oppose them. Especially since apparently some of these district's like David McBride's and Viola's are majority-minority. The image of an old white guy representing a community of blacks and advocating restoring the whipping post is incredibly disturbing!
For me - it doesn't matter
at all. An "old white guy" may be a
very good representative of majority-minority district voters (Steve Cohen in TN-09, for example). Just as "young Black" may be a very good representative of majority-white district. Otherwise some would insist that majority-white districts "must" elect white legislators)))
