Just to head this stupid talking point off before it becomes the new "Pokemon go to the polls" pandering story... Biden wasn't playing Despacito on his phone to show Latino voters that he was "with it."  He played it because the singer (Luis Fonsi) had just introduced him and Biden thought he'd get a kick out of it.  Basically saying "hey I'm an old man but I know that song you did"

Of course, the truth doesn't matter, so I'm sure within a week 90% of people aware of this story will think Biden was making a cringey attempt to appeal to Latino voters.  Both the left and right are all over it on Twitter.

Despacito is the most viewed video on all of YouTube, with nearly 7 billion views. It's obviously popular with a lot more than just Latinos. Hell, I listen mostly to metal and prog rock, and I don't speak Spanish, and I think it's a pretty catchy song.
