I'm not really sure where to put some of the maps I have been working on, so I decided to create a new thread to start posting them (if they should be elsewhere please let me know and I will move them there). I have been using data from old editions of the "Manual of the General Court", accessed through the UNH library online, to map older elections in NH by town, the data for which is not readily available online. I decided to start with the 1964 Republican Primary, as I have never seen it mapped at the town level and I think it is an interesting election.

I am currently working on a map of the 1952 GOP primary and the 1932 Presidential election, and hope to post those shortly. I also have a map of the 1896 Presidential election in Hillsborough county, which I may post while I work on the others. I am open to suggestions as to what I should map next, but I can't promise you I'll have the data. In any event, hope you all enjoy the maps!

The 1932 Presidential Election

Hopefully the 1952 GOP primary will be done soon.

seems Goldwater did well in the primary in some of FDR's areas.

I have been curious about this one because I am interested to know whether it is correct that McGovern and/or Mondale did not win a single township in the state?

I am wondering if Rindge Town has ever voted Democratic!
