https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wyoming_Rule

I expected that with the addition of DC and Puerto Rico as states next year looking fairly likely along with the general imminent re-apportionment, this would get more discussion. Instead it basically hasn't been talked about neither here nor in mainstream media.

Horrible Rule due to its tendency to be wild with Simpsons Paradoxes.

It has the ability to potentially result in weird shifts where the House expands as a nation shrinks or where the House shrinks as a nation expands. Infact, the chances of a bad scenario like 1 of these happening is basically 50-50.

Decent place to start, but as Solid said, it's not very good for long-term use.

The 435 rule should have never happened, and imo is the worst thing that dictated electoral politics in the last century, and I believe the house should have been allowed to consistently grow by the decade even after 1920. But this is not the way to fix it
