So do I, but sadly it's all too believable that it could happen. That said, the most likely reason isn't planned genocide, but a contract doctor trying to increase his income by performing unnecessary surgeries on detainees that the Trump administration doesn't particularly care about.

Why is it far-fetched? The US government has forcibly sterilized people before, and not that long ago.

Yeah, and Germany was also run by an evil regime that operated industrial-scale extermination camps, also not too long ago.

In spite of that, in my eyes, they are today a much more humane and generally a better off society than the US.

I simply do not believe that the US has stooped to the level that migrants are on mass having their organs removed and that in the day and age of the internet and global communication no one ever provided anything of substance exposing the crimes.

Very worthy of further investigation, but five potentially medically necessary hysterectomies at one private facility by a single doctor does not a policy of mass sterilizations make. Further evidence we should do away with private detention facilities, though.
