Suppose you could only spend money and resources on one state.  Which is it?

Florida.  Unlike three rust belt states where most polls show Biden ahead even if slightly narrower than in July, Florida is very tight.  More importantly if Biden wins Florida he pretty much kills Trump's path at re-election.  He then only needs to win one of Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin and can afford to lose two.  Or if he wins either Arizona or North Carolina, he can lose all three.  Now still should focus on those three, but I would put Florida as priority #1.

Florida, Florida, Florida. Math just isn't there for Trump without it.

Florida. Biden winning it would almost certainly close off Trump's path to 270, and it will be fully counted on Election Night so the results wouldn't be dragged out.

Pennsylvania. Secure your home state Scranton Joe!

Winning Florida is nice but it's not extremely important to Biden's electoral odds. If Biden is losing PA, he's most likely losing Wisconsin and that's not good.

Pennsylvania since it's probably the closest to a must-win state for Biden.

PA is the most likely tipping state, so prolly PA, but FL is also very important because if he wins FL, he basically denies Trump most of his pathways to winning the EC.

Florida because Biden only needs one more swing state to win after that

This, but I'll add a write-in ballot for Georgia right after that. It's still in contention and we have to competitive Senate seats he'll need. Even after 2016 I'm willing to play The Big Game a bit if the other state polls are still looking good in a month.

Pennsylvania.

PA + MI open up a ton of pathways for Biden.
