This district appears to be Lean R for both the House and presidential races, but the fact that it is this close should nevertheless be alarming to Republicans. I believe this district went for Ted Cruz by around 9% in 2018, so it was one of the dozen or so congressional districts where Beto O'Rourke came within single digits.

No, it was Cruz +5.

I couldn't remember exactly; 9% was Williams' 2018 margin. But nevertheless, this is one of those several districts where O'Rourke came within single digits, so the poll suggests that Biden is at least matching, or slightly exceeding, O'Rourke's performance here.

Love Not a bad poll for Julie. Williams ought to be glad ticket splitting likely won't be too common here.
