Cunningham (D) 47%
Tillis (R, inc.) 44%

Is Cunningham actually outrunning Biden? No.

Rs are too confident of Tillis and Cooper is gonna carry Cunningham over the top, since he will win 60 to 40 over Forest

I probably shouldn't take this seriously from the pollster that mixed up Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, but it looked like the poll showed Cunningham outrunning Biden by 5 points in margin and 1 point in vote share. The numbers seem realistic for the race right now, but I expect Tillis to win over most of the undecided Trump supporters by election day.
