Am I correct in thinking that Perot voters, Nader voters, Stein voters, etc. tended not to care about these issues?

This is not a monolithic bloc.  It is probably true hardcore partisan voters care more on average, but I'm sure there and indies and 3rd party voters who care about these issues on both sides of them.
