1. Revenge of the Sith
2. Attack of the Clones
3. The Phantom Menace
4. The Last Jedi
5. An New Hope
6. The Empire Strikes Back
7. Solo
8. Return of the Jedi
9. The Force Awakens
10. Rogue One
11. The Rise of Skywalker

I just really like the prequels. Maybe it’s cause there’s a lot of characters, or maybe the politics Tongue

The original trilogy is all good. ROTJ is easily the worst but still good, and 4 and 5 are roughly equal.

I hated TFA until I saw Episode 9. I guess it’s kinda fun, but it’s really just a more boring A New Hope.

The Last Jedi is way over hated and is actually really good. I wish Rian Johnson did the whole trilogy, he’s brilliant (instead of Abrams who left it a mess and came back to mess it up to the max)

The Rise of Skywalker is absolute garbage. Not only was it a terrible movie, but it also ruined the original trilogy because Palpatine came back, except as a much lamer version.
Love episodes 2 and 3. The Jango Fett scenes and all the Geonosis scenes in Episode 2 are amazing.

1. New Hope
2. Revenge of the Sith (Paglia was right)
3. Empire Strikes Back
4. Rogue One
5. Return of the Jedi
6. Phantom Menace.
7. Force Awakens
8. The Last Jedi
9. Attack of the Clones

I haven't seen Rise of Skywalker yet and don't really care.

I haven't seen The Last Jedi, Solo, or The Rise of Skywalker, and I'm probably not going to. Of the ones that I have seen:

1. The Empire Strikes Back
2. A New Hope
3. Return of the Jedi
4. Rogue One
5. The Force Awakens
6. Revenge of the Sith
7. Attack of the Clones
8. The Phantom Menace

Rogue One is by far the best of the Disney Star Wars films, and is also better than any of the prequels. It comes the closest to capturing the essence of the Original Trilogy. I'd also rank The Force Awakens above the prequels, due to the usage of real sets, interesting characters, and good action, although it has its flaws and reused many of the concepts in the earlier trilogies. Moreover, to this day I will not forgive Disney for having Han Solo die at the hands of his own son, and in the manner that he did.

While the Return of the Jedi scene in which Darth Vader learns Luke has a twin sister and taunts Luke into the best of the original trilogy lightsaber duels is probably the best Star Wars scene, anyone who thinks The Empire Strikes Back isn't the best Star Wars film has some serious mental problems.

I'll grant that the Vader/Kenobi duel in Revenge of the Sith is probably the best duel, but it seriously lacks in both the set up and the conclusion.

Disagree. At the bare minimum, there's a clear argument for A New Hope.

And an easy rebuttal.

Anakin vs Obi Wan is the best duel in the safe imo , and Yoda vs Palpatine is in the top 4. My top 5 duels of the saga are

1. Anakin vs Obi Wan
2. Luke vs Darth Vader(ESB)
3. Obi Wan and Qui Gon vs Darth Maul
4. Yoda vs Palpatine
5. Luke vs Darth Vader(ROTJ)

We may not agree on politics, but we do have some agreement in terms of lightsaber battles. My top 5 are:

1. Luke v. Vader (ESB)
2. Yoda v. Palpatine (ROTS)
3. Anakin v. Obi-Wan (ROTS)
4. QGJ and Obi-Wan v. Maul (TPM)
5. Luke v. Vader (ROTJ)

I think the Yoda v. Palpatine battle is the most underrated battle. I think it's the ultimate portrayal of the battle for the Republic, literally fought in the Galactic Senate itself.

As for my ranking of the films (I admit it changes from time to time):

1. Empire Strikes Back
2. Revenge of the Sith
3. Return of the Jedi
4. The Rise of Skywalker
5. A New Hope
6. Attack of the Clones
7. The Force Awakens
8. Rogue One
9. Solo
10. The Last Jedi
11. The Phantom Menace
