Of the counties listed above, which county moves furthest left from 16 to 20? Portage and Milwaukee are both blue counties that had (comparatively) weak margins in 16 that I expect to not repeat. The others are GOP strongholds that are relatively educated and have been trending blue. St Croix are the twin cities exurbs, and they went from a 19 point trump win to Baldwin only losing it by 5.
I vote Ozaukee since it’s the most educated.
