On the policies!

Economic Policy:
Taxation: Decreased taxations for the middle class and small businesses!  The little guy needs a break. Not so much the big guy that has sold us down the river the last 50 years.

Corporations: I favor Atlasian first policy's and policies that promote those aims when it comes to our businesses.

Trade: We need to protect worker's from getting jobs lost to foreign countries and go after the companies that seek to hurt our workers.  This is a serious problem as outsourcing and job replacement should be our number one focus right now as a grave injustice has been committed against our people.

Infrastructure: We need to rebuild our infrastructure; new roads, bridges and modernize to catch up with countries like Germany, Japan and South Korea.

Space: I want to create a Space Force, I want war ships like we have on our oceans and colonies on other planets. I love star trek! I want it to be an reality! At least the space portion. lol I'll support all space bills.

War: In general, i'm opposed to war, but understand fully well that we need to be powerful if we're to avoid it. Peace through superior fire power!

Social Policy:

Abortion: I am pro-life. I'd like to ban abortion outside of health concerns or rape!

LGBTQ-community: I like traditional families with a husband and wife, but respect people that choose to have homosexual relationships. And yes, I do strongly believe that every child needs a father and a mother to grow up right but you know it would be politically hard to advance such policies so I won't wade too deeply, lol.  If you're trans and an adult well I am a social liberterian so more power to you. I won't attack your rights as long as you respect that there's just male and female and not 57 genders, lol, lol, lol!

Crime Policy: I am pro law enforcement. If you kill someone, rape someone or steal you should pay the price for your actions. I hate the BLM as they're pro crime and that can't stand in any civilized nation. I am pro death penalty for murderers and rapist!

Education: I favor education from k through phd! I just have a problem with some of the filth being taught that is decidedly unAtlastian. I'll be working to reform this filth out of our schools and fighting for more quality.

Healthcare: I believe everyone deserves healthcare, but some people deserve private if they can pay for it. Fair is fair.

Climate Change: I believe our businesses should focus on it and the federal government should stay out of it.

Drug Policy: I am fully in favor of legalization of all drugs. I don't care what you do to your body! If you can cut your dick off then you can do meth! Fair is fair.

Immigration: I'm in favor of reducing immigration, deporting all illegals and ending job replacement of our citizens with the third world. I am a hardliner. I'd like to see an 90% reduction in immigration.  

Helping the poor: I want to help reform rental laws to help end homelessness, I am in favor of all housing, federal help, etc. You name it. The right should be the friend of the little guy as the left talks a lot of sh**t but at the end of the day nothing is ever done.  The goal at the end of the day is stability in order to get a job.

                                             Outsource and you'll pay the price act

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Republic of Atlasia in Congress assembled,

Section I. Title

i. The long title of this Act shall be the "Outsource and you'll pay the price and national security concerns act"

Section II: Definitions and what is at stake...
ii. Outsourcing is the action of any business that moves production overseas in order to use the labor of another country.
iia. Move office to another country to avoid taxes
iib. These businesses aim to rob the Atlasian worker of work and rob our treasury of tax money that is owed.
iic. Outsourcing company's have proven to be an serious national security issue as countries that hate us now control mining of precious metals, jet engines, military hardware production and so much more that we rely as an nation for national defense and basic economic function.

Section III: Correcting for a better and more atlasian tomorrow.
I. Any business that moves production of goods overseas shall see a 10% tax placed on all their imports back into Atlasia.
Ia. For countries like China, Mexico and other violators of human rights shall not do business with the republic of Atlasia if found to have violated the basic labor rights of the workers being used.
Ib. The congress of the republic of Atlasia ask the president to take leadership and to apply tariff's beyond this 10% if need be and in order to fight for the enhancement of human rights of the workers being used.
II. All military hardware made over seas shall be phased out and brought back to Atlasia by December 31, 2025.
IIa. The president of Atlasia and the Secretary of defense shall oversee the completion of of section III part II.
IIb. We can't afford to be at war with China and literally be relying on them for production of our war machine.
Section III: The end of bringing in illegal replacements in order to undermine the Atlasian worker.
I. All businesses that hire illegals shall be fined an fine no less then $1,500 dollars per illegal found working there.
II. All food providers shall get their food handlers card removed after the second offense.
IIa. Food handler is place that handles food like grocery stores, fast food, bars, etc.
III. Upon an third offense the owners, managers and/or people doing the hiring shall serve 3 months in federal prison.

 
SECTION IV. WHEN EFFECTIVE.
This resolution shall become effective when passed by Congress.

Amending the Making it Easier for H1B Visa Holders to Become Permanent Residents Act

Section 1: Short Title

This Act shall be cited as the "Amending the Making it Easier for H1B Visa Holders to Become Permanent Residents Act".
Section 2: H1B

1. All Permanent Residency application that have a good criminal history submitted by H1B Visa Holders, who have been in Atlasia for more than 510 years, must be processed within one year of the filing date of the Application.

2. All children of H1B Visa Holders shall be allowed to stay in Atlasia after they turn 21 and apply for Permanent Residency. Children of H1B holders shall be considered based on their own merits after they turn 21 years of age.

3. The overall Permanent Residency Cap shall be kept the Same. reduced by 80% by 2022.
Section 3: Implementation

This Act shall take effect immediately upon its passage.

i. The long title of this Act shall be the " Making Antifa and BLM terrorists groups "

Section II. Reasons for making them a Federal terrorist group
i. Antifa and the BLM are violent socialist groups that seeks to overthrow the federal government of Atlasia along with its economy.
ii. Antifa and BLM has committed violence, looting and destruction throughout our republic,
iia. attempting coupes of sections of our cities and threaten local governments( for examples: Mayor Lightfoot of Chicago and Mayor Wheeler of Portland) throughout our land.
iii. Destruction of history and statues.

Section III: Fines and punishment
i. All members of these terrorists group shall face no less then a $500 fine for being an member of any of the for mentioned groups.
ia. All members shall be put on the do not fly list.
ii. If found to have caused destruction on public property each member shall pay $1,000 plus the cost of the damage.
iia. Plus will spend no less then 3 months in prison.
iii. Each statue damaged or destruction of history will earn each member of these terrorists groups no less then 10 years in prison, along with $20,000 dollars in fines.
iv. All cities and states protecting these groups shall lose federal funding and grants.
v. The department of justice shall investigate local and state agencies that release antifa and blm members.

i. Abortion is the act of killing a baby within the womb after conception with
ia. chemical means or
ib. surgical means
ii. abortion will be considered illegal once a heart beat is detected.  
Section III: Making abortion murder
i. Abortion shall be considered capital murder within the borders of Atlasia and outlaying territories.
ia. except in the case of the health of the mother or death of the baby.
Section IV: Enforcement
i. All medical doctors and individuals preforming abortions shall be charged with first degree murder.
ia. All medical institutions shall be fined no less then $500,000  for each case of abortion murder discovered after the signature of the president of this bill.
ii. All individuals shall be charged with all that comes with first degree murder.
iia. Except for abortions performed in cases of the health of the mother or the death of the baby.
Section V: Removing federal funding for abortion
i. Remove all federal funding for abortion
ii. Removal of all abortion funding for international agencies

i. A marriage is between two partners that entered into a contract of marriage be it from
ia. church, state, region or federal government.
Section III: Goals and the problem
i. The problem is marriages are falling apart and we're in a time of ever increasing divorces.
ia. This is bad for the kids and quite frankly bad for the individuals by physically and mentally.
ii. The goals of this bill is to keep marriages together for the benefits of the individuals and of
iia. the children.
Section IV: Solutions
i. Every 10th grader shall receive a new chapter within sex education text books on the importance of marriage and the importance of remaining together for the health of the child.
ia. The new core goal of sex education from the signing of this bill forward will be to teach respect for the purpose of sex and the creation of babies that will be conceived through it.
ib All chapters of the sex ed book shall be rewrote to reflect a respect for both individuals in the relationship and the importance of marriage.  
ii. The Federal government of Atlasia shall offer couples counseling by a professional under Atlascare to help the couple figure out the best way to move forward.
iii. All taxes and benefits shall be equalized to single parents.
iiia. Currently single parents pay less taxes compared to married couples and receive more benefits per child. This is a system that hurts marriages and breaks up families.
v. If marriages do fail; change federal law to favor a 50/50 split in custody between father and mother.

Section V: Funding
i. importance of marriage chapter shall receive 2 million dollars.  
ii. Section IV.ii shall receive 5% of the atlascare budget.
iii. Irs shall receive necessary funding to complete the task of equalization
iii. Federal agencies that handle benefits and food benefits, etc shall also receive funding necessary to complete task.

                  Pedophilia and human traffickers are evil act

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Republic of Atlasia in Congress assembled,

Section I. Title
i. The long title of this Act shall be the, 'Pedophilia and human traffickers are evil act"

Section 2;  Definitions
I. Pedophilia is the act of an adult taking part in sexual activity with a minor
Ia. minor is someone under the age of 18.
Ib. Adult is someone over 18.
II. Human trafficking is the act of modern day slavery against children and adults to be sold to another indivual for fiscal interest or sexual favor.
Section 3: Substance
I. Anyone over the age of 18 years of age that's discovered to have had sexual activity with anyone under the age of 16 years of age.
Ia. Anyone over 22 committing sexual acts against anyone under 18 years of age.
Ia. This felony charge covering I and Ia. shall carry 12 years in federal prison.
Ib. If the minor is below the age of 13 the indivual over 18 years of age shall receive 50 years in federal prison.
II. All individuals committing modern day slavery as in the act of human trafficking shall face the death penalty.
IIa. All individuals found guilty shall be executed by the Atlasia federal prison system within one year of the charge.  
IIb. One appeal of the charges shall be allowed within this period.
III. All money within the bank accounts and property shall be handed over to the victims of modern day slavery.

Section IV: The promotion of pedophilia is disgusting.
i. All content that promotes children under the age of 16 within a sexually expressive way shall be considered a crime within the borders of Atlasia.
ia Any company promoting the sexuality of young girls or boys shall be fined $50,000 increasing 50,000 dollars with each charge.
ib. First charge $50,000, second charge $100,000, third charge $150,000, etc.
ii. Netflix shall be fined fifty million dollars for shows like cuties that promotes pedophilia against our young girls. This congress must demand that this stops and condemns it.  
iia. Netflix will be given 30 days to remove all such content or face being shutdown by the government of Atlasia and charged with pedophilia.

                                     The hyperloop construction act
Be it enacted in both Houses of Congress Assembled,

Section 1: Name
I. This bill may be referred to as the, "The hyperloop construction act"
Section 2: Aim of the bill and where
I. The federal government of Atlasia supports the construction of a full hyperloop route.
II. This hyperloop shall be constructed between New york city to Nyman dc
Section 3: Construction of tube and pods
I. The construction shall start April of 2021.
II. The tube shall be 10 feet diameter with each "car or pod" fitting within side tube.
IIa. Upwards of 50 pods shall be allowed within the airtight tube at anyone time.
IIb. Upwards of 6 people shall be in each pod
IIc. Each must be separated by 500 feet while within the tube
IId. The speed limit shall be 1,200 mph
III. axial compressor shall be placed every 500 feet to minimize air pressure within the tube.
IIIb. This must be backed up by a secondary compressor in case of failure.
Section 4: Subsidy and subjects
I. The government shall be 25% of all cost of construction of the New york to Nyman, Dc route.
II. A partnership between the federal government of Atlasia and Elon Musk shall be the parties constructing the route.
IIa. Elon musk has pledged to 75% of the cost of construction.
III. All maintenance cost shall be paid by ticket revenue.
Section 5: Waiving Environmental rules
I. The federal governments environmental protection agency shall limit all environmental impact statements to no more then 3 months. 
II. All construction of route shall take into account the environment and seek to minimize damages.

I. All tubes shall be double layed bullet proof glass on the inside that are capable of withstanding the low air pressure and impact of the pods.

     a. The Department of Transportation should negotiate possible connections through Canada and Mexico.
ii. A high speed railway shall be constructed from Miami, FL to Boston, MA. The railway must include access stations in Charlotte, NC, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, PA, and New York City, NY.
iv. A high speed railway shall be constructed from Virginia beach VA to Phoenix, Az. The railway must include access to stations in Richmond, Va, Nashville Tenn, new Oreleans, Houston Tx, and El paso.

Friends, I am announcing that I am running for a second term to be your representative in the peoples house on a platform that cares about the Atlasian people, Atlasian worker and Atlasia first and foremost!!!! Our Atlasia first policies will reduce immigration that takes our jobs, lowers wages, while also supporting policies that will rebuilds our infrastructure, which will make our country provide  the infrastructure that our citizens deserve and expect. We will have the best roads, bridges, with the best train system on the planet. Any super power that has any self respect would and we're working towards that goal as we speak before you.  Lastly, we're working for policies that reduces taxes on you the common man and women and protects your right to own guns. We don't agree on every issue but I am proud to endorse my partisan and colleague in the Federalist Party for re-election. She will continue to fight to protect children against sexual abuse, for good-paying Atlasian jobs, and against bad trade deals.

Jessica is a good, populist conservative who understands that the government has to spend money to help our most downtrodden. She supports our public option while preserving private insurance. She supports social welfare programs to curb homelessness, to improve access to housing, and she supports rebuilding our crumbling infrastructure.

The platform is interesting, if you don't mind I have a few questions


1. What do you plan to do about the surge of police violence and police brutality that you've seen? Also do you believe police unions are too powerful?
2. You are opposed to immigration, yet this nation has built its heritage and culture on immigration. You, yourself even call yourself, a radical. Why should I, as a first generation Atlasian with immigrant parents or any other immigrants descendants trust you?
3. You say that businesses should focus on climate change, but the point is that they well...have and nothing has gotten done. Big oil companies like ExxonMobil will do absolutely nothing if you leave it to them to do stuff, because it's profitable for them to see the world burn, so I'll ask for you to state an actual plan.
4. You say you want to remove some "filth" from our schools, please be specific about what you mean, for instance, many who have used this term have referred to downplaying the worst aspects of the ante-bellum South, is this what you mean by referring to "filth," if so why, if not, then what do you actually mean?

Overall, I see some alarming stuff in here, but I also see some hypocritical or controversial stuff, please answer these questions, so that I and other voters can more accurately assess you in preparation for the election, thanks.

The platform is interesting, if you don't mind I have a few questions


1. What do you plan to do about the surge of police violence and police brutality that you've seen? Also do you believe police unions are too powerful?
I believe that 1. we have too many laws and 2. the punishments for some non-violent crimes should be reduced. I was reading a new executive order out of Houston texas that uses fines and community service instead of prison time. The problem with arresting people is the fact that 1. they will be put with harden criminals and 2. try resisting arrest. Small time crime probably should be more focused towards fines and community service. This would promote a more freedom base concept of law enforcement that people may find more acceptable.  3. Every cop probably should be required to have a body and hood camera's for better evidence collection, which would allow for better enformed jury's. 4. Lastly, no knock kick down the door in the middle of the night should be outlawed and a warrent should be shown first and foremost. Lets be honest, millions of people would open fire when someone is breaking into your home and we shouldn't expect any different.  I do in fact believe that law enforcement is too trigger happy in this country and we use prison far too often.  I believe when the union is supporting a clear-cut case of criminal conduct on the part of a police officer they may well cross the line from time to time. Now would you admit that the violence, looting and criminal behavior by the citizens of some of our cities also cross the line? Believe me, it hurts the people of these communities and it is morally and criminally wrong.
2. You are opposed to immigration, yet this nation has built its heritage and culture on immigration. You, yourself even call yourself, a radical. Why should I, as a first generation Atlasian with immigrant parents or any other immigrants descendants trust you?
I support limiting immigration and making it beneficial for the citizens and worker of our republic. Friend, the current bill sets immigration levels at 1/500th of the population every single year and frankly this is still quite high. This bill most certainly doesn't mean that I oppose immigration, but I do want the immigration that we receive to be in our national interest. One man named Bernie sanders in 2016 said that immigration is driving down wages and he is right. They should trust me because under the current bill in the house we will get the best immigrants with a passion to strengthen this country, keep crime low for everyone including you to walk down the street and make for a better future for all.  
3. You say that businesses should focus on climate change, but the point is that they well...have and nothing has gotten done. Big oil companies like ExxonMobil will do absolutely nothing if you leave it to them to do stuff, because it's profitable for them to see the world burn, so I'll ask for you to state an actual plan.

Public pressure has forced a great many companies to lower their emissions and to slowly take action. The truth is the private sector is a far better innovator of the tools needed to win the battle then the federal government could ever be and that is why pressure from the public needs to be focused on the private sector. Supply and demand is the answer as capitalism is the number one tool that we have!. Any and all mandates against energy will just hurt our poor and hurt innovation of long term workable solutions. I could support nuclear energy, fusion research and even vote on bills to make sure that the latest green tech advancement is pushed forward, but it is up to the investor and the inventor at the ground level to pull our goose out of the oven. No amount of taxing the hell out of energy or forcing 12 hour per day solutions are a long term plan is all I am saying.
4. You say you want to remove some "filth" from our schools, please be specific about what you mean, for instance, many who have used this term have referred to downplaying the worst aspects of the ante-bellum South, is this what you mean by referring to "filth," if so why, if not, then what do you actually mean?

Policies that demean and set people against each other for political power is one of the things I am pointing out. Such examples as critical race theory the idea that two parent families, hard work and even concepts such as 2 +2 = 4 are white supremacy is just insanity and it is being pushed by some very sick people that shouldn't be teaching. Friend, a lot of these theories came from civilizations that are a lot older then Greece or Romans and I just believe this kind of stuff is very negative and counter productive for our society in general. It is the last thing we should be teaching our children. We should be teaching our children to respect the scientific method, critical fact based thought and work hard in life. Critical race theory is all about division and putting everyone against one group of people. That is just unacceptable and anyone that believes we should be treating all with respect should be with me in getting rid of such racist lines of thought. Lastly, two parent families have proven to be the most effective stabilizer of our society and so to be against them is pure madness.

It isn't so much protectionism but fair Atlasian first trade that puts our country and its workers first. Why should we allow our big corporations to fund the development of china, mexico and the rest of the world off of our backs? Why should we allow our jobs to go over seas and watch our middle class collapse? This my friend has left consumers on the short end of the stick as they no longer have industry in Atlaisa as it is too busy making our stuff for pennies on the dollars in china using Chinese labor! All while the rich pigs get richer and richer all while our middle class collapses. Tell me again how it is our consumers being  the ones benefiting under the system we've had these past 60 years? Maybe if the rich had to deal with strong unions once again and more importantly were expected to stay the hell in our country the worker would have the money to pay for that higher priced stuff, while making damn sure the rich didn't take them too the bank taking 80% of all wealth! Tariffs also work well and we should pass bills focused on befitting the companies that stay in Atlasia.

Who's going to attack the MMA fighter? Would you? Certainly not me. Being a bad ass sometimes means that most people don't want to fight you. We don't need to be at war or threatening it, but we need everyone else knowing if they throw the first punch they'll be in the ICU. There's a reason why the weak nerdy kid is the one getting thrown against the lockers by the jock and this is also the reason why we attack small defenseless countries all the time for their resources. In both examples they can't fight back.

Lower taxes, less regulations, better infrastructure and just all around better policies for Atlasia. We will back our law enforcement, repeal illegal gun control laws and fight against abortion! We will make gun control and abortion history! Yes, my friends we will defend your rights to defend yourself and make murder illegal. Pandemic or not, 20000 people is definitely a ton; I can't imagine a rally with that many people. That is basically a decently sized stadium.

Are you sure you didn't put an extra 0 or two on accident?
